Escape Day Spa was created by two sisters, Carrie Holley and Alicia Liddon, looking to develop a meaningful sanctuary of peace, relaxation, and harmony. Since founding our center of tranquillity in Birmingham, we've expanded our services to a wide range of aesthetic treatments and balancing therapies to support our customers in healing, detoxifying, and reducing stress.

Alicia and Carrie are dedicated, trained professionals with 13+ years of experience in their respective fields as an aesthetician and massage therapists. Their goal with Escape is to help others to health themselves through self-care, holistic intention, and relaxation, providing their community in Birmingham with an oasis of calm in their busy and stressful lives.

Spa Policies
Please call our office for scheduling or visit our Book Now page. We have made it very easy to schedule with our online booking option. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your appointment.
In order to hold appointment times, you must provide us with either a gift certificate, coupon code or voucher, or a valid credit card number. Appointments booked online will require a credit card to hold the appointment. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
If this is your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early for a brief health questionnaire. This is essential so that your Massage or Skincare Therapist is fully aware of all your individual needs. This is so that we can provide you with the most excellent service.
To preserve the serenity of our spa, we ask that you speak quietly during your visit and turn your phone to silent. We want everyone here to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. This is everyone’s own place to escape, and we thank you ahead of time for your consideration.
At Escape Day Spa we allow our single clients and couples a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule window. If we have not received any notice to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours then we require a payment of 50% of the services scheduled.
For larger parties, Escape Day Spa must have confirmation for all appointments two weeks prior to the scheduled date. Please call in advance if requesting for a larger party.
Escape Day Spa no longer accepts checks, except upon owner approval. We apologize for any inconvenience.
