Escape Day Spa was created by two sisters, Carrie Holley and Alicia Liddon, looking to develop a meaningful sanctuary of peace, relaxation, and harmony. Since founding our center of tranquillity in Birmingham, we’ve expanded our services to a wide range of aesthetic treatments and balancing therapies to support our customers in healing, detoxifying, and reducing stress.

Alicia and Carrie are dedicated, trained professionals with 13+ years of experience in their respective fields as an aesthetician and massage therapists. Their goal with Escape is to help others to health themselves through self- care, holistic intention, and relaxation, providing their community in Birmingham with an oasis of calm in their busy and stressful lives.

Spa Policies

Reservations

Please call our office for scheduling or visit our Book Now page. We have made it very easy to schedule with our online booking option. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your appointment.

In order to hold appointment times, you must provide us with either a gift certificate, coupon code or voucher, or a valid credit card number. Appointments booked online will require a credit card to hold the appointment. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Spa Etiquette

If this is your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early for a brief health questionnaire. This is essential so that your Massage or Skincare Therapist is fully aware of all your individual needs. This is so that we can provide you with the most excellent service.

Improve overall circulation

To preserve the serenity of our spa, we ask that you speak quietly during your visit and turn your phone to silent. We want everyone here to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. This is everyone’s own place to escape, and we thank you ahead of time for your consideration.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Policies

Escape Day Spa Policies

At Escape Day Spa, we understand that plans can change. For single clients and couples, we ask that you please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If notice is not provided, 50% of the service total will be charged.

If you miss your appointment without notifying us (no-show), 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

For larger parties, we kindly ask for confirmation of all appointments two weeks prior to the scheduled date. Please contact us in advance to book groups.

Escape Day Spa does not accept checks unless approved by the owner. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Because our team dedicates considerable time and care to each client, all services are nonrefundable. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 205-414-6062.

Gift Cards & eGifts

Our gift cards are the perfect way to give the gift of relaxation on your loved one’s terms. Each gift card comes with a two-year expiration, giving the recipient the flexibility to enjoy their experience whenever it’s most convenient for them. Please note that all gift cards are nonrefundable.
